It’s hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that my maternity leave is nearing its end. Continue reading
I started this blog with 2 goals:
- To write about things that I find funny or frustrating, like my experiences as a new mama and all the learning and growth (and fear and anxiety and poop) that comes along with it; to share things that might make your life easier because they have helped me.
- To become filthy rich and be adored by the masses for my cuteness and amazing ideas.
Yesterday was my son’s 6 month birthday. How we are already at this point is baffling to me. Many of our days together have felt very long. How have 6 months’ worth of them already passed? A little while ago I wrote about the challenges I navigate throughout the night in the quest for sleep. Those challenges, namely, my son, my husband, and my cat, have decreased by one.
On January 13, I said goodbye to Reef. Continue reading
For the past few months, my Inner Productivity Junkie has been sulking in the corner. She doesn’t like to be ignored, but as a new mama, I haven’t quite figured out how to keep both her and my son happy. Continue reading
